Tuesday’s Child, the community drama group based at Grace, presents “Seussical,” a musical filled with stories and characters from a dozen different “Dr. Seuss” books. It’s a fun, energetic show for the young and the young at heart, with catchy tunes and lively storytelling.

The Tuesday’s Child cast includes children and adults from Grace Church, Grace School, and the community, including Natalie Johnson as the Cat in the Hat. Valerie Martire as JoJo, Jewelle Crane as Gertrude, Kati Jendraszak as Mayzie, and Kevin Bry (Fagan in TC’s “Oliver”) as Horton the Elephant.

“Seussical” was created by lyricist Lynn Ahrens and composer Stephen Flaherty, the team that also brought “Ragtime” and “Once on This Island” to the Broadway stage.

Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and students, and $10 for children 12 and under. Call 708-524-8795 to reserve tickets or click on the link at graceriverforest.org. Tickets are also available at the door.

Come and enjoy all the imaginative “thinks you can think” in the wonderful world of Dr. Seuss!
